In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of no less than 25x the bonus amount before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted.
5.3 Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only cash winnings generated from wagering activity conducted with bonus funds, after the wagering requirement is met, are eligible for withdrawal.
5.4 trust88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, where the Company believes a bonus is being abused or exploited. 5.5 Each promotional offer may be claimed once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless expressly stated otherwise.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, trust88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of wagered funds attributable to technical failures beyond trust88's reasonable control.
9.3 trust88's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits trust88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.1 trust88 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. All members have access to a full suite of responsible gaming tools directly within their account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
